Amazing support throughout Divorce process

Emma Mitchell and team at Johnson Astills Solicitors were fantastic throughout and provided amazing guidance and legal expertise during the divorce process. Emma was able to answer all of my questions around the legal process, provided expert advice and really helped me feel comfortable with my decisions. Divorce is not easy and I found Emma to be a great listener and was really understanding to my personal circumstances. If anyone is looking for a family lawyer, I would not hesitate to recommend Emma.

Kate has been very patient listening to our wishes and understanding the intent behind them. She has given us clear and detailed advice which has been very helpful in the actual writing of the wills and LPAs. We have also appreciated her patience during the process as we have taken our time to think about things and have had a bereavement part way through, which has slowed down the process.

Emma was recommended to me by a colleague for a family law matter. I would wholeheartedly second this recommendation.

Emma was absolutely fantastic the whole way through my case. She was genuinely interested in the needs of my child, who was at the heart of the case, as well as taking my needs and wishes as a mother into consideration. She was understanding yet realistic and honest based on her vast experience. Emma was easily contactable, and on occasions, available at short notice.
