Administration of Estate
I found the whole team at Johnson Astills to be very professional, kind and helpful. They went above and beyond in guiding me through my responsibilities as an Executor for my late Aunts Estate. I would highly recommend the whole team.

Throughout the process, they were professional, knowledgeable, and supportive, ensuring that everything was handled efficiently and in accordance with legal requirements. Fantastic experience from Jane
My most recent experience with Jane was for drafting our will.
The will itself was complex due to number of assets and relatives involved, but Jane made everything super clear and straightforward and did not hesitate to spend extra time and numerous calls to ensure we were 100% confident with the final outcome.
Nothing is too much trouble for Jane which is what made the ultimate difference from other solicitors we had dealings with. 1000% recommend!

Handled with care
Through such a difficult time for myself and family members, I cannot thank Jane and the team at Johnson Astills Solicitors enough for the care and attention they provided this year.
With excellent communication, everything was explained every step of the way.

COP Deputyship Application
The application experience was superb throughout. Every stage was dealt with efficiently . As there was some urgency to get it in place every effort was made to speed up the process and this was much appreciated. Communication has been excellent and explanations readily given especially with regard to the responsibilities and duties of Deputies and having good knowledge of the requirements of The Mental Health Act. Jane has been a pleasure to deal with, always available for advice, amiable and professional through the whole process and the family are very grateful for her
assistance in this matter. I would recommend her firm to anyone needing professional advice.

Making a new Will
I was recommended by my accountants. Jane Hinds took the time to understand my family with regard to making a new Will. Various suggestions were made most of which I took on board. It was all dealt with quickly and efficiently.

Cope Family
From initial contact through to completion all exchanges were dealt with quickly. Every process was explained and due to living in a different part of the country and abroad, family members did not have to travel to Johnson Astills offices, which was exceptionally helpful.
