Emma Mitchell and Company are second to none, they worked brilliantly on a case we had and took all the nerves and anxiety that we had away. They are a team that know their stuff, prices are reasonable but service is 1st class. I highly recommend these add your first choice to call in matters if the family. We were overjoyed with our outcome and the work that was put in to helping us achieve what it was that were wanted to gain from it. Can't thank them enough!

Divorce regarding my daughter Ali Newman
Wonderful service from Emma Mitchell and her team, my daughter Ali was able to purchase her own property which she could not have achieved without the skills of Emma.

Outstanding service, support and advice
It took us a long time to write this review; it is difficult to put into words the gratitude and appreciation we have for Emma and the team.
We went through an extremely traumatic time over a period of 18 months and found Emma to be calming, supportive, realistic and honest. She is the reason that our little girl is secure with us under an SGO. We could not have gone through the whole process without support but we wouldn't want to have done it with anyone but Emma.
Thank you for securing our family, answering our silly and random questions, empathising with us and being direct when we needed it. Thank you for your kindness and compassion and for making us laugh on the hardest days.

Where to start
I contacted Emma as I had a number of issues including divorce. I really liked her for not sugar coating everything, telling it to me straight and with the confidence to back up her words.she listened and knew exactly what should be done. Her confidence, gave me confidence, and allowed me to sleep for the first time in a very long time. I would recommend Emma in a heartbeat,

Excellent expert service
Johnson Astills solicitors are excellent in all respects. The firm handled my divorce and the creation of my will. The solicitors and their teams were amazing. Swift and efficient communication, very clear and easy to understand. In terms of my divorce, I received sound, sensible and bespoke advice which made a potentially awful situation so much easier to handle. I felt entirely safe in the knowledge that Emma Mitchell had my best interests at heart and that she is such an expert in her field. Job done!
I needed help with my divorce and finances and right from the start Emma (Mitchell) gave me sound professional,honest advice. Along with her lovely legal clerk Laura, my case has been dealt with efficiently and the outcome as I hoped. The only delays in proceedings were caused by a backlog in the courts but I was kept informed throughout. I’m particularly grateful for the patience Emma and Laura had in dealing with my stressed enquiries. I was reassured when worried (which was a lot) and no question was too daft to ask. I am now post- divorce and everything went as I’d hoped. I can’t thank Emma and Laura enough and wouldn’t hesitate in recommending them.
