I had the pleasure of Mohammed Balal looking after me with my employment settlement agreement. He has made the process stress free which was my main aim when having to seek legal advice. Very disappointed with Butcher and Barlow. Called in to make an appointment to speak to someone about probate and dealing with an estate. A young girl took our details and said someone would
Call us that afternoon. It is now nearly a week later and we have not had any contact. If they can’t be bothered to call us for new business what would their customer service be like if we had appointed them? We will not be using Butcher and Barlow again or recommending them.
