Thank you for all your help and support with my move.

I’m still unpacking boxes and coming to the realisation that I am a hoarder! The house is lovely. I checked the boundaries as you suggested Rahil. All is well from what I can see. I was lucky as I got someone to check the boiler, the electrics weren’t wired safely and there was a gas leak (with no carbon monoxide alarm) but this has been sorted now. The people wouldn’t have known this, but I’m glad it was found before I slept in the house. Me and the dogs are settling in lovely and I couldn’t have done it without your work.

Clear information on costs were given in the quote at beginning of the process. Communication was excellent all the way through the buying/ selling process. I was kept fully informed and got very quick responses to any questions I asked. Great service from Asia and Georgia - thank you both.

A big shout out for Sandra and Mica, they both are amazing. All these 5 stars are for them and i would also give an extra star for Mica specially, Highly professional and skilled. You are true professionals and I can not thank you enough.

AFG are an absolutely fabulous law firm, that I cannot praise highly enough. They made the sale of my late mother's property and the probate process stress free. They were efficient, professional, swift, prompt and compassionate. They are very competitively priced and I highly recommend them to everyone. Their efficiency and response time is outstanding. The communication is first class both via email and face to face. I will be using their services for my will and will definitely use the conveyancing department when I sell my own house.
