We genuinely could not recommend Melissa any more highly. She was so knowledgeable and her communication was superb with both the basics and in times of stress. Selling a Property as an Attorney.
We were introduced to AFG by the agent who marketed the property. I was a little anxious because it was not my house. They quoted for the business very competitively and got the wheels in motion very efficiently. Apart from having to provide a couple of documents, I hardly noticed I was selling a property; they handled everything without much need for input from me. They certainly seem to have things well organised and I'd certainly use them again.

Buying a new property

Such efficiency!
Brilliant, straight forward, efficient service. Kept us upto date were possible. Our actual solicitor was on holiday and then unfortunately ill after that. But that didn't stop Jayne getting on the case and sorting everything out right up to the wire! Thank you to everyone involved.

Excellent service
I received a very fair and clear quote for the cost of conveyancing of both the sale of my property and the purchase of a new one. After that everything was clearly set out as to what happens next. There was always someone to answer any questions either on the phone or by email.

Great conveyancing by Amity Law
Great experience with Amity Law and would recommend if you need a conveyancing lawyer. Melissa and her team were fantastic. Professional great communication, knowledgeable, kept us informed at all times, efficient and very reassuring, especially as we’d not sold a house for a number of years.
