Excellent efficiency undertaking my fathers probate. Probate was complex in respect to IHT implications and involvement of several trusts - handled matter with knowledge and understanding of such complex areas to result in a speedy resolution whilst having exceptional client care to reassure and achieve a positive outcome.

We were introduced to AFG by the agent who marketed the property. I was a little anxious because it was not my house. They quoted for the business very competitively and got the wheels in motion very efficiently. Apart from having to provide a couple of documents, I hardly noticed I was selling a property; they handled everything without much need for input from me. They certainly seem to have things well organised and I'd certainly use them again.

We were recommended to use Katrina Hurst at AFG Law by our financial advice team. We wanted to get Lasting Power of Attorneys for each other, Financial and Health and also take the opportunity to update our Will's at the same time.
From our first meeting, Katrina was friendly, engaging and extremely knowledgeable about all the processes involved. Her advice proved invaluable and the speed of her actions, particularly around such a busy time as Christmas was refreshing.
Everything was completed as she had stated and at a price that was competitive for the works involved.
We have dealt with other solicitors over time in the past and we would have no hesitation in recommending Katrina for any sort of legal work that you may require. Friendly, efficient, knowledgeable and highly skilled.
