Greg joined the property department at AFG LAW in 2002. He became a partner and head of the department in 2004 and Managing Director in 2016. Since taking over the running of the firm, Greg’s role has changed significantly. Although still working as a solicitor in commercial property, his main role is leading AFG LAW as the firm continues to embark upon its ambitious growth strategy. Under Greg’s leadership the firm has grown to double it’s previous size in both staff and turnover. New departments, processes and personnel have been introduced to improve efficiencies and Greg remains engaged firmwide with staff and initiatives, operating an open-door policy for anyone who needs him. In addition, Greg is passionate about giving back to the local communities we serve and is actively involved with numerous organisations volunteering his time and expertise to help with projects. We are a local Sales & Letting agency based in Edenfield, near Ramsbottom and look after over 150 landlords across East Lancashire & Greater Manchester. Our landlords and home-sellers have great peace of mind knowing that any legal issues such as tenant evictions or conveyancing on their properties are dealt with swiftly, professionally and with great confidence. It sets a great impression to our many tenants, landlords and home-sellers, who know they're being looked after by a professional company, and this reflects very favourably on our business. I never have to challenge any invoices or service provided, for fear its too dear and if there are any extra questions we may have on a specific case, Rhianne or Greg at their Bury office are always at the end of the phone.
