I’m still unpacking boxes and coming to the realisation that I am a hoarder! The house is lovely. I checked the boundaries as you suggested Rahil. All is well from what I can see. I was lucky as I got someone to check the boiler, the electrics weren’t wired safely and there was a gas leak (with no carbon monoxide alarm) but this has been sorted now. The people wouldn’t have known this, but I’m glad it was found before I slept in the house. Me and the dogs are settling in lovely and I couldn’t have done it without your work.

Would highly recommend.

I used AFG Law for the sale of my house and the purchase of my new house, both my sale and purchase were bumpy to say the least, though all through the process Rahil and his team were amazing.

AFG Law, Rahil Khan and Katie Wilcox in particular helped us purchase our first property. Both Rahil and Katie were brilliant throughout. As first time buyers, they made things easy for us to understand and they made sure we were kept up to date at each step of the process.

I wouldn’t look anywhere else for a solictor in the future!

AFG Law have been amazing with the sale of our house and the purchase of another property. Rahil was brilliant with being consistent with regular emails keeping us informed and was happy to answer any questions we had.
