The negotiations started over a year ago and although protracted, we’re fairly straight forward. My first flat was sold and there were enquiries between solicitors. Finally, completion was achieved the first week after Christmas and the keys were handed over and I moved ij within a day. No problem with payment and my solicitor made the transaction smooth.

My experience with ADK was unfortunately not the best. From getting my mortgage offer it took 7 months to complete. As a first time buyer this was an extremely stressful situation and it was extremely difficult to get hold of the solicitor assigned to me. I had to get an extension on my mortgage due to lack of paperwork and communication from my solicitor. For paying £2,500 I expected better and if it wasn’t for my persistence as well as the estate agents I probably wouldn’t have completed the exchange seeing as it was left to the day before my offer became invalid. I wouldn’t recommend ADK to anyone I know after the experience I had with them.

We have recently used ADK Law for the conveyancing on the purchase of our first home. Bilal was very professional annd efficient and made the whole experience feel less daunting. We had various delays on the sellers solicitors behalf but Bilal and Komal were great at chasing and getting us to the target completion date. We would highly recommend Bilal and ADK Law who handled our case. He kept us informed with the process and was available whenever we emailed/called and he was always very quick with responses.
