2nd time with ADK and both experiences 5*
I first used ADK Law in April 2023 to sell our own leasehold property and buy our ongoing property. Regrettably at day of exchange of contracts our onward chain collapsed due to the forward vendor changing his mind.
Lucy Rodrigues was excellent and made the whole experience manageable despite the unforeseen and unavoidable setback.
We have recently (Dec 2024) used ADK again when my son bought his first home (a leasehold property).
Lorna Speakman was the Conveyance Executive in charge of our purchase and did a brilliant job.
The whole process (from initial appoinment to exchange contracts) was completed within 8 weeks.
Her communication was exemplary answering all queries straight away, regularly advising on progress, and informing us on any cause of minor delays (eg: awaiting replies for vendors solicitor)
Lorna's professionalism made the whole process as stress free as possible.
I would highly recommend both Lorna and ADK Law and will no doubt use them again when we do eventually try selling our own property again next year.

Great experience

Prompt communication
I have dealt with Lorna Speakman predominantly at ADK and found her to be excellent.
She responds to emails promptly which has enabled me to feel confident that things are being dealt with in the same professional manner.
My only advice would be to check all correspondence (as you should always do anyway!) as there were a few errors on legal documents sent to me for signing. These were corrected immediately however when pointed out.
