Superb service
Lorna has dealt with a number of transactions for us and has consistently delighted. Always clear, responsive and open to contact, Lorna is a complete pleasure to deal with. When things are simple, she is efficient and communicative; when they get complex she's able to bring her knowledge, experience and tenacity to bear to reach a good solution and move forward in a timely way. Standard prices are competitive and where add-on services are required, charges are fair - no rip-off rates as charged by some firms.

Excellent conveyancing process
Lorna handled the conveyancing process extremely well. I was a first time buyer. Lorna answered all my questions promptly and explained the conveyancing process so I felt like I understood the details of my case well and didn’t feel stressed at all. 2nd time with ADK and both experiences 5*
I first used ADK Law in April 2023 to sell our own leasehold property and buy our ongoing property. Regrettably at day of exchange of contracts our onward chain collapsed due to the forward vendor changing his mind.
Lucy Rodrigues was excellent and made the whole experience manageable despite the unforeseen and unavoidable setback.
We have recently (Dec 2024) used ADK again when my son bought his first home (a leasehold property).
Lorna Speakman was the Conveyance Executive in charge of our purchase and did a brilliant job.
The whole process (from initial appoinment to exchange contracts) was completed within 8 weeks.
Her communication was exemplary answering all queries straight away, regularly advising on progress, and informing us on any cause of minor delays (eg: awaiting replies for vendors solicitor)
Lorna's professionalism made the whole process as stress free as possible.
I would highly recommend both Lorna and ADK Law and will no doubt use them again when we do eventually try selling our own property again next year.
