Efficient and helpful
William Speakman was the conveuance solicitor for the sale of my apartment. Always responsive, professional, accurate and helpful, he also communicated effectively with my estate agents, which made the sale quite smooth and expedient.

William was very good at replying to emails, both keeping me updated along the way and chasing up other people in the chain. Always available to take any questions I had.

Excellent service.
My husband and and I are in our 70s and initially we were concerned about having to deal with the matter online rather than meeting face to face as we always have in the past. Actually it was quite easy. Will was very pleasant and helpful. He responded to every email or phone call very quickly, often within minutes. No waiting around for a solicitor to get back to us or having to make repeated calls. Everything explained in simple terms and happy to print paperwork off for us to read more easily. Overall excellent service and would definately recommend.
