Professional and Responsive

Parents sale and purchase
I recently handled the sale and purchase for my elderly parents. I chose Adk law as they were recommended by our agent and is an online solicitor and easier for me to handle. I found the transaction so much easier with the help of Tom Ellor on the sale and purchase. Both went through quickly and smoothly. Unfortunately my Father passed away four weeks before completion, which Tom was also very helpful with, and completion went ahead on schedule. Thanks Tom and team.

Excellent service: professional and approachable
Tom was diligent in all matters, responding quickly to emails and always available on the phone.
He explained processes and legalities clearly in everyday language whilst handling my complicated conveying.

If you want to sell your house, or even to buy one, then contact ADK Law and ask for Tom Ellor to act for you. What a star. He worked tirelessly to get the result we needed. Cannot thank him enough. I have used his services twice now and would not hesitate to do so again.

Exceptional support from start to finish
5* service from Tom. Cannot fault him. Extremely efficient in his work. Went that step further for support. Extremely fast responses on all emails and calls. Simple, transparent, efficient
I was pointed Tom's direction by my daughter, herself a conveyancing lawyer, and found Tom easy to deal with, helpful, friendly and efficient. Couldn't rally ask for more :-)
