Outstanding
We were skeptical using a form we haven’t used before and also at a slightly higher cost however ADK was recommended by our agents so we decided to go for it and this was a great idea from the off. The whole purchase was 8 weeks from offer to completion and Tom Ellor could not have been more helpful and efficient if he tried. He was lovely and very good at what he does. We absolutely wouldn’t hesitate to use ADK again.
