Perfect advice and technical delivery

I had contacted this firm based on recommendations and dealt with Megan Langley who was superb. In addition to the core legal work required, which Megan executed flawlessly, she provided me with lots of related advice, guidance and counsel, all delivered patiently and with understanding of my anxiety. She and the firm provided the service on "trust" and was happy not to bill me until completion, which is increasingly unusual today and further cements my view that this is a good firm to handle one's legal matters. Thank you to Megan and her colleagues.

After 3 months of review and after posting countless documents out at our own cost they dropped our case, due to legislation that did not apply to the building we are purchasing. They provided little to no context & were unresponsive.

I called regularly to request updates and no one was ever available to discuss the case on the phone. Blunt emails were all we received in return.

Very unhelpful & incapable of processing even the most basic cases. Do not use!

I hired Blackhurst Budd for buying a property.
They got the job done, however sometimes the communication was slow and had to be chased.
Every time I emailed them about an update regarding progress, they would miraculously have only just received a response.
This happened too many times for it to be a coincidence.
Overall, they were okay but customer service needs improvement.
