as a landlord i have had to utilise Megan for various aspects of litigation on a wide variety of issues. her advice and attention to detail is first class. once i send any queries across to Megan, i usually have a response within 48 hours which in this modern era is unheard of. not only that if something is a quick resolve a phone call is never too much trouble. again in modern days a rare commodity. another great strength of Megan is, if she is unsure of an issue, she will research a solution. in the nicest way I would describe Megan's work ethic and more beyond her years and she is very refreshing to deal with.

Sharon was so lovely to deal with from the very beginning. I went into this not really knowing what I was doing. At our initial meeting she was so warm & friendly as well as clearly knowledgeable, she really put me at ease & I came away with a much clearer idea of the processes as well as what I was entitled to. After that, she kept me up to date via email & phonecall & was always friendly & approachable. I felt like I could go to her with any question, no matter how silly I thought it was! My husband and myself went to Blackhurst Budd for Power of Attorney documents to be taken out, we had already had our wills done by them so it seemed no problem to use them again and we're glad that we did. They are consumate professionals in all their work, everything went seamlessly. They answered all our questions in a manner we could understand and in a polite and friendly way. We would have no hesitation in using them again.

I hired Blackhurst Budd for buying a property.
They got the job done, however sometimes the communication was slow and had to be chased.
Every time I emailed them about an update regarding progress, they would miraculously have only just received a response.
This happened too many times for it to be a coincidence.
Overall, they were okay but customer service needs improvement.

Myself and family used Blackhurst Budd for years, across all departments, for all matters including property, family law and business matters. I needed help last year, which was time critical. After calling numerous times and asking numerous people, including senior management, I was advised they didn't have any time to offer me any help or advice. I felt extremely let down and would not recommend them to anyone any longer.
