Sale and Purchase
Tara and Briony were excellent as part of our sale and purchase. This was not an easy transaction complicated by a the need to acquire the freehold at late notice prior to sale of our house against very tight timescales on our new purchase. The team were proactive in dealing with all parties to ensure we were able to complete on time. Thanks for all your help.

Excellent Attentive Service
Briony and Lisa handled the sale of our hotel property brilliantly.
Their professionalism and patience with our naive questions were second to none. Always easy to get hold of and constantly reassuring. If you have a property to sell this company should be your first port of call and these girls your first choice.

Absolutely fantastic service from Briony and Lisa ! Our first experience of buying a business and they sailed us through the process with their professional knowledge and friendly advice. They helped to reduce my stress levels daily ! Nothing was too much trouble and always answered our many questions effectively and efficiently.

Sale of our Hotel & buying our house
From the sale of our hotel to the purchase of our house Briony was always on hand to help, explain whatever we didn't understand and put our minds at rest when needed. I cannot leave out Lisa & Emma as they also answered a few of our little issues. A great team
