Perfect advice and technical delivery
I had contacted this firm based on recommendations and dealt with Megan Langley who was superb. In addition to the core legal work required, which Megan executed flawlessly, she provided me with lots of related advice, guidance and counsel, all delivered patiently and with understanding of my anxiety. She and the firm provided the service on "trust" and was happy not to bill me until completion, which is increasingly unusual today and further cements my view that this is a good firm to handle one's legal matters. Tenant Eviction Service
We were recommended by our letting agency to use Blackhurst Budd. We were put in contact with Megan Langley who provided excellent service from our initial call to the end of the service. She was extremely prompt in answering our emails and calls. I would not hesitate in recommending Megan, she was very knowledgable and actioned what was required in an efficient and timely manner.

feedback
as a landlord i have had to utilise Megan for various aspects of litigation on a wide variety of issues. her advice and attention to detail is first class. once i send any queries across to Megan, i usually have a response within 48 hours which in this modern era is unheard of. not only that if something is a quick resolve a phone call is never too much trouble. again in modern days a rare commodity. another great strength of Megan is, if she is unsure of an issue, she will research a solution. in the nicest way I would describe Megan's work ethic and more beyond her years and she is very refreshing to deal with.

A difficult Eviction

Megan has helped us successfully re-gain possession of one of our properties, in extremely challenging circumstances. Her guidance and knowledge of the law is exemplary. Her patience and skill in navigating what has been quite a protracted process is commendable.
