as a landlord i have had to utilise Megan for various aspects of litigation on a wide variety of issues. her advice and attention to detail is first class. once i send any queries across to Megan, i usually have a response within 48 hours which in this modern era is unheard of. not only that if something is a quick resolve a phone call is never too much trouble. again in modern days a rare commodity. another great strength of Megan is, if she is unsure of an issue, she will research a solution. in the nicest way I would describe Megan's work ethic and more beyond her years and she is very refreshing to deal with.

A difficult Eviction

Megan has helped us successfully re-gain possession of one of our properties, in extremely challenging circumstances. Her guidance and knowledge of the law is exemplary. This has been my first experience of dealing with Blackhurst Budd Solicitors, who appointed Megan Langley to my case and I couldn't have asked for a more professional and competent Solicitor.
