Excellent service and communication throughout

Great Professional Service
In March 2023 I put an offer in on a house. As a first time buyer, I had no idea on the process of actually buying a house. The house I made an offer on needed to go through probate and I was advised from the start this would be a long process. It took 7 and a half months for the sale to go through, and Marissa was there every step of the way. She explained all the legal terms, put my mind at ease and made regular contact with the solicitors on the other side. She kept me updated on a regular basis, without me needing to chase for an update, and gave me all the information I needed along the way. She helped me through the paperwork step by step and at no point did I feel that something was too much trouble. Marissa showed true professionalism, in-depth legal knowledge and empathy during this long process. Marissa is an asset to Blackhurst Budd Solicitors and will be highly recommended.

Buying our first home
My wife and I have just bought our first home. Blackhurst Budd went above and beyond as we had no idea of anything being first time buyers.
They helped us every step of the way, always being in contact. We never felt like they didn’t care about us as just another client.
Marissa was with us every step of the way and gave us the upmost attention during our communications and transactions.
