superb firm to deal with
Blackhurst Budd did the conveyance of my house sale. i dealt mainly with ms Marissa Macgee and she was so helpful and professional , as were all the staff. they came highly recommended and i can see why. they made a difficult and stressful time very bearable. will use them for all my legal requirements from now on. thanks again all concerned and best wishes for the future. Brilliant help
Marissa kindly helped with my house purchase. She was responsive and kept me in the loop throughout the whole process. I am happy that she was allocated to me and would also recommend her to family or friends.

Outstanding Service
Blackhurst Budd and in particular Marissa Magee dealt with the both the sale of our house and the onward purchase. The service and communication throughout the whole process was outstanding, I cannot recommend this firm highly enough.

Great Professional Service
In March 2023 I put an offer in on a house. As a first time buyer, I had no idea on the process of actually buying a house. The house I made an offer on needed to go through probate and I was advised from the start this would be a long process. It took 7 and a half months for the sale to go through, and Marissa was there every step of the way. She explained all the legal terms, put my mind at ease and made regular contact with the solicitors on the other side. She kept me updated on a regular basis, without me needing to chase for an update, and gave me all the information I needed along the way. She helped me through the paperwork step by step and at no point did I feel that something was too much trouble. Marissa showed true professionalism, in-depth legal knowledge and empathy during this long process. Marissa is an asset to Blackhurst Budd Solicitors and will be highly recommended.
