Would never use again

A legacy has been passed between Pengelly Rylands and Morlands for over 2 years with nobody taking responsibility. No reply to emails led me to complain to the senior partner - no reply from him either. This is rude, unprofessional and displays a lack of competence.

This review is for a different branch.

We had used Morlings for a house purchase two years prior and found conveyancing seamless. Therefore we had no hesitation in instructing Stephens & Son for the sale of our family home and purchase of our forever home. Unfortunately, we fell victim to losing our buyers at the point of exchange which was ultimately at the fault of them and not us and so we had to resort to other means to purchase our dream home. Yasmin was so communicative and supportive throughout the process and patiently waited for us to get our “ducks in a row”. Heidi joined and become our conveyance and together they not only supported us but were honest (Brutally!) to ensure we not only got our home, but in the most sensible timely way. Thank you!

I recently employed Pengelly and Rylands to sell my father's apartment as executor of his estate. Despite being a very complex sale with challenging aspects, Sally Oatridge was exceptional at dealing with the issues relating to the sale and the service she provided. Her communication was excellent, she showed empathy for the difficult situation, and her knowledge and speed at which she was able to manage complex conveyancing legal matters was exemplary.
