My experience of working with Hardeep Gill at Hatten and Wyatt was very professional and the whole process from start to finish was very professional and there was a great deal of communication with me to tell me the process of the situation. I had direct contact with Hardeep and the costs and process were outlined from the start of the process. I would certainly use Hardeep again as I was kept fully aware of all progress and found the whole experience very straightforward due to the guidance of Hardeep and her team. Thank you. I would certainly recommend.

Great Conveyancing Service

When my Grandmother moved into full time residential care I had the task of selling her part owned flat. Hannah was extremely helpful and took care of everything she possibly could, guiding me through the whole process and helping me liaise with the Housing Association. Hannah made a very difficult time a lot less stressful and I can't thank her enough.

Have dealt with this firm for many years. I have recently made my will with David Whiffen and Hardeep has recently completed probate of my husbands will. Both were efficient, courteous and considerate of my lack of modern 'means of communication'. Always very satisfactory.

We had a frustrating multi-year period dealing with the landlord of the rental property next door, who neglected repairs and who were aggressive towards us whenever we brought the repair matter up, and we provided them with evidence of their responsibility.

After meeting with Selwan at Hatten Wyatt in Gravesend, we were impressed by his understanding of our situation and the comprehensive review of our documentation, including our correspondence with Gravesham Council. Selwan outlined a clear course of action, emphasising the landlord's responsibilities and the potential for court action.

Selwan's professional and persistent communication with the landlord's representative finally prompted action. Hatten Wyatt set a clear deadline for the landlord to rectify all issues, which led to the necessary repairs and the installation of new fences. The new tenants, who also wanted these issues addressed, were relieved and the landlord's behaviour towards us has significantly improved.

Lily H. the legal secretary, also played a crucial role in facilitating and ensuring a smooth process throughout. We are very happy with Selwan's initial consultation, his clear communication, and the swift resolution of our problems by the team at Hatten Wyatt.

I highly recommend their services to anyone dealing with property disputes.
