Despite the problems of the pandemic she found time to explain correct legal procedures. Always someone available to answer any concerns. She assisted Jane Williams throughout.

Great Conveyancing Service
When my Grandmother moved into full time residential care I had the task of selling her part owned flat. Hannah was extremely helpful and took care of everything she possibly could, guiding me through the whole process and helping me liaise with the Housing Association. Hannah made a very difficult time a lot less stressful and I can't thank her enough.

The other side was not great, however our solicitors were already on top form and I have no complaints

Cannot thank them enough!!
These are such amazing, hard-working, committed people. They kept us in the loop from day 1 right up until we got the keys to our new home. I would 100% recommend to anyone buying a property to use Martin Tolhurst as they worked so hard and were so helpful with everything.
Being first time buyers we really didn't know what to expect and our solicitors were there to answer any questions and kept us informed with each step.

House sale and purchase
I was really pleased with the service I received from Hannah. She was really professional and dealt with any obstacles that were holding up the process. The communication was very good between us and she kept me informed at every step of the process. I would definitely recommend Hannah to others.

Conveyancing of Leasehold Purchase
Hannah, as always supportive with the most recent purchase given some level of complexity with the leasehold.

House purchase, Great Service
Martin Tolhurst has offered great service all along the purchase process. The service I have received from Hannah Mooney and Jane Williams was professional. Whenever I have raised any enquiries, Hannah provided prompt response, and very clear and specific advice. Very helpful. The purchase met the target completion date as requested by the seller.
