Avoid at all costs!

We have been thoroughly appalled by the incompetence, attitude, work-ethic, rudeness and lack of professionalism shown by Chantal Butters.
Quite simply, we are stunned that someone can be this poor at their job and this rude when challenged.
No idea what she does and thankfully we managed to make some progress when she was on leave and covered by colleagues who were actually competent.
Chantal seemed to spend her time writing defensive emails about her complete lack of ability, diligence and communication skills. She is error-strewn through lack of attention to detail and simple effort. A lazy, less-than- ‘solicitor’ who should be avoided at all costs.

Thank you Chantel Butters for your excellent and through service

Thomson & Bancks did a fantastic job handling the conveyancing for my recent property purchase. As it was an older property and I was buying it following a divorce, things were a little more complicated than normal. However they managed to sort everything it for a very reasonable fixed price and Chantel responded to my emails and phone calls extremely quickly. Excellent work and great service!

Excellent Service

We have used Thomson & Bancks previously for a house sale and purchase and were really impressed with their efficiency. We therefore chose to use them again for our Wills. From our initial enquiry to our Wills being completed, the service was excellent. Kath Harris was easy to talk to and understood the outcome we were after. Highly recommend. We will definitely be using Thomson & Bancks again.

Excellent all round

Jemma really was on the case. Very careful and considerate. She explained everything very well. It was not her fault that the insurance company and HMRC didn't want to play ball

Excellent service

Handled the sale of my house in Evesham. Sylvia was amazing, kept us up to date at all times and was friendly and professional. Also chased the buyer’s solicitors with tenacity and showed patience when the sale dragged on. Thank you!

Chantal handled our purchase and sale, very professional, good communication generally, far better than most solicitors I have dealt with, did not really have to chase her on progress and overall the team were polite and friendly.

I used Tania Hall for the transfer of my property and she was absolutely fantastic. She was extremely helpful and always prompt with her responses. She also went the extra mile to ensure that a rather difficult situation went through as smoothly as possible. One of the best solicitors I have ever come across! I highly recommend her! You will be in very safe hands!
