Sarah Ingles from Thomson & Bancks provided an excellent service with the updating/re-writing of our Wills. Nothing too much trouble; was very easy to talk to and extremely knowledgeable. Advised where necessary. We also completed our POAs and again the service was excellent. Highly recommend Sarah and the other solicitors in this company. Excellent all round.

Our lawyer Amanda Middleton was our constant contact throughout the entire process of our property sale. Ably supported by Ginny her PA. Both were knowledgeable, approachable, patient understanding and helped us cope with many different challenges that came our way from the buyers legal team.
And other professionals who featured in the selling process, resulting in frustrating delays.
Such was their professionalism
That they remained calm and reassuring throughout. Our praise for Amanda and her team is well deserved. We highly recommend them and the company, Thomson and Bankes, whose services we have used previously.

Thomson and Bancks were recommended to me by a friend. I approached them to draft and finalise a Will for me - and I can't fault the service. After the death of my Mother, we had a very log and fairly complicated Estate to sort out. The solicitor I dealt with (Jemma O'Connor) was superb. She was very happy to give advice either by email or on the phone and worked hard to liaise with all of the necessary parties involved. I have nothing but praise for Thomson Bancks.

From our offices in Tewkesbury, Pershore and Stratford-upon-Avon we are less than an hour from Bristol, Hereford, Birmingham and Oxford. The cities of Coventry, Worcester and Gloucester are within a convenient 30 minutes travelling and we serve many clients from Malvern across Worcestershire, Evesham, Royal Leamington Spa, through Warwickshire, Broadway, the Cotswolds, Cirencester and throughout Gloucestershire including Bishops Cleeve and Ledbury. For the individual we are able to help with legal issues surrounding the buying and selling of your home, the preparation of Wills (including inheritance tax planning), and powers of attorney. We also advise on the creation and management of trusts and can offer an understanding and efficient service upon the loss of a loved one by helping with the administration of their estate. We assist with family law problems and divorce with the same careful consideration.
