Satisfaction guaranteed from Thomson & Bancks

A recommendation from my accountants led me to contact Jonathan to review my existing Will. I was impressed with the advice given and the relevant knowledge provided together with a speedy drawing up of a new Will. There were no extra costs over and above those indicated at our initial meeting. In conclusion I or my family will contact my solicitor in the future.

Property Sale and Purchase

The project was successful, so I was definitely pleased with the result, but I found the experience time consuming and frustrating. I understand that much of this may be the result of the nature of property law in this country, rather than the responsibility of the lawyers or company specifically. I certainly found them to be helpful and responsive when approached.

Excellent professional service

Amanda and her team were excellent in their handling of our sale and purchase, and were extremely helpful when the situation became stressful due to issues further up the chain. Everything felt very smoothly handled and either Amanda or on occasion Ginny would always get back to us very quickly whenever we got in touch. They made the process of selling and buying much easier, and our experience with them was light years away from our first experience of buying a home when we used a different firm. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Thomson & Bancks, and Amanda in particular, and would definitely use them in future should we ever have to move again.

Highly Recommended

I have dealt with this firm of solicitors for many years now and have always found diligent, thorough and friendly. Dealings have been on a number of matters, but I have always felt kept informed at every step of the way and therefore confident that I was being treated as a valued client.

Property sale

Our lawyer Amanda Middleton was our constant contact throughout the entire process of our property sale. Ably supported by Ginny her PA. Both were knowledgeable, approachable, patient understanding and helped us cope with many different challenges that came our way from the buyers legal team.
And other professionals who featured in the selling process, resulting in frustrating delays.
Such was their professionalism
That they remained calm and reassuring throughout. Our praise for Amanda and her team is well deserved. We highly recommend them and the company, Thomson and Bankes, whose services we have used previously.

After the death of my Mother, we had a very log and fairly complicated Estate to sort out. The solicitor I dealt with (Jemma O'Connor) was superb. She was very happy to give advice either by email or on the phone and worked hard to liaise with all of the necessary parties involved. I have nothing but praise for Thomson Bancks.

The cities of Coventry, Worcester and Gloucester are within a convenient 30 minutes travelling and we serve many clients from Malvern across Worcestershire, Evesham, Royal Leamington Spa, through Warwickshire, Broadway, the Cotswolds, Cirencester and throughout Gloucestershire including Bishops Cleeve and Ledbury. For the individual we are able to help with legal issues surrounding the buying and selling of your home, the preparation of Wills (including inheritance tax planning), and powers of attorney. We also advise on the creation and management of trusts and can offer an understanding and efficient service upon the loss of a loved one by helping with the administration of their estate. We assist with family law problems and divorce with the same careful consideration. We always seek to be firm and fair when promoting your wishes and will be frank with you as to the risks and possibilities that you may face. For the business client we can help you deal with legal matters such as buying and selling a business, employment law, commercial property and disputes. Partnerships and Companies that are owned and run by industrious people will seek us out because we are not a faceless and nameless call centre delivering robotic advice, but we have local, trusted and dedicated people who identify themselves and are accountable for the advice and service that we provide.
