Excellent service

Handled the sale of my house in Evesham. Sylvia was amazing, kept us up to date at all times and was friendly and professional. Also chased the buyer’s solicitors with tenacity and showed patience when the sale dragged on. Thank you!

Expert navigation

I have been most impressed by Geoffrey Ellis at Thompson and Bancks who acted for me in an employment matter . He arrived prepared for meetings, but took time to listen carefully and checked my understanding regularly. I felt in control but well advised and therefore far less concerned and anxious than I thought I would have been. Excellent knowledge worn lightly and I would definitely recommend.
I also used T&B for conveyancing and found them excellent at that too.

Dilapidations resolution

We engaged T&B to present a dilapidations claim to departing tenants. The advice and guidance was given in a very professional and timely manner, with a satisfactory conclusion being achieved. This is a very specialised field and arguably a 'minefield' but we were guided well.

Settlement agreement

Had an employer's severance package / settlement agreement for review by a solicitor.
Made an appointment with Thomson and Bancks and was assigned to Geoffrey. Geoffrey went through the document and clearly explained each section of it. A very positive experience, under the circumstances.

House sale purchase

Claire has not only supported the sale and purchase of my home but gone beyond what would normally be the role of a solicitor. Her support in moving the chain, due diligence in (regular) communication across fellow solicitors and myself, acting and advising in the best interest of her client (myself) had bought the sale and purchase (that was in a long chain) to a successful outcome. I can not recommend and thank Claire enough and would recommend her services to anyone.
