Late parents wills and dealing of their estate

Our family have used Redkite and before them Lowless and Lowless for over 50 years but I will not be using again or recommending them to anyone else. Only till my late mothers death did we discover problems with my late fathers will and non registration of land. The later should off been picked up by Redkite when they established a trust fund for my mother. There was also other issues including being told Redkite did not have the deeds to my parents house when they did. Only discovering them because I pursued the mattter and provided dates leading to their discovery.

Friendly staff at the Pembroke Office!

We have used Red Kite, Pembroke before and chose them again to sell our flat. Rebecca & Olivia were always helpful and friendly. The time taken from the agreed deal with the purchaser (15/1/24) to completion (25/5/24) was a lot longer than we hoped or expected but this was partly because of it being leasehold and having to get the Freeholder's permission (for a ransom £200!) & delays caused by the purchaser's solicitor and maintenance company , but Red Kite are not the quickest of solicitors either, but that is partly forgivable by their friendly attitude!

The Estate of Mrs. Gillian Susan Connell

As executor I employed Emma Priest of Redkite Law LLP to handle the legal side of administering the will. I was given an estimated date for the Grant of Probate right at the start and this proved to be correct almost to the day. I was very pleased with the way matters were dealt with, sometimes by email. Sometimes by her assistant Sharon. The whole process went through very seamlessly and smoothly.

I would recommend the service provided to anyone.

Red kite and partners dealt with my case in a very professional way, showing patience and understanding throughout. Many thanks for your excellent work on my behalf, a special thank you to Fiona Mayes for her support. Fiona was incredibly thorough, persistent, fair and transparent through out! Always on the other end of the phone when I needed the support. Without Fiona’s professional help and guidance I would of struggled through a very difficult period in my life, I will be forever grateful.

I used the Redkite Law local office a few years a go for property conveyancing and excellent service with good feedback and a successful transaction. Very pleased overall with the professionalism, knowledge and service from all staff.
Recently I called into Pembroke office for some advice and the staff in reception area listened, made some sensible suggestions and circulated my questions to the team of solicitors. Within several hours I had a call back from Jake who gave me some professional sound advice with several ideas as to how I might proceed. He was very open and frank about the situation and I was extremely impressed. This is the second occasion I have used this law firm. I have no hesitation in recommending to others and using again myself. Many thanks to all the staff for exceptional service.
