I thoroughly recommend Ann, Layla and all at Red Kite Law. They were excellent to deal with. Ann especially was super helpful, efficient, clear and concise in her assistance and advice. I was quoted costs up front for both the sale and purchase of our old and new property and this was matched in the final invoice. After some various research online a friend recommended Rekite solicitors to support with a clean break divorce. The whole process from start to finish was smooth and any billed invoices had all of the detail of the work carried out. Correspondence was always written as a letter (which I preferred) rather than in an email so could be saved for my own audit trail. Sally who represented me for this divorce was very good at explaining the steps that needed to be completed; Sally was always very quick to respond to emails and any queries as well as constantly keeping me up to date with the progress.

Over a period of six years I’ve had occasion to need the services of RedKite Law three times, twice for conveyancing and once for settling an estate.
I’ve been so pleased with the services provided, in terms of speed and in their excellent communications. Nothing is too much trouble for either team, efficiency, courtesy and keeping one ‘in the loop’ is a strength.

My only experience with this firm is with making a Will using the free wills service. After selecting Redkite, Orme & Slade, I was contacted by Ms Redman, who sent me an online questionnaire, which I duly completed. This was followed up with a face to face at the Ledbury office, resulting in the final form of my will, which they retain in their strong-room. In all correspondence, as with the meeting, Ms Redman and the Receptionist were pleasant and friendly and the advice I was given was excellent. I would not hesitate in choosing them again.
