After some various research online a friend recommended Rekite solicitors to support with a clean break divorce. The whole process from start to finish was smooth and any billed invoices had all of the detail of the work carried out. Correspondence was always written as a letter (which I preferred) rather than in an email so could be saved for my own audit trail. Sally who represented me for this divorce was very good at explaining the steps that needed to be completed; Sally was always very quick to respond to emails and any queries as well as constantly keeping me up to date with the progress.

Great 1st experience with RedKite

We recently placed our first case with Hana at RedKite. For us as Mortgage Brokers, it’s essential when recommending solicitors that we use someone we trust to look after our clients in the way that we do. We deal with a lot of complex cases, as this one was, that often require additional work.

Hana was absolutely brilliant and had no problem at all handling our difficult case. Hana listened, understood, gave great advice and guidance, kept the client updated regularly and completed the work on the case efficiently. In my experience with some solicitors, there is often a lot of chasing, however, this was not the case with Hana, everything was actioned and completed in a timely manner and she went over and above at all times. We are now looking forward to continuing to build a relationship with Hana and RedKite in order to provide our clients with a great conveyancing experience.

A fairly straightforward conveyancing task, or so I thought.
Slow actions. Months of delays. Very poor communication. I could not recommend this group based on my experience. A very stressful and ongoing situation.
I wrote and called for literally months. When I wrote to ‘compliance’ I received a reply and what can only be described as excuses.
If I treated my customers like this I would have no work.
