Super efficient and impeccable attention to detail
This is the second time we have used Margaret from Mogers Drewett for selling/purchasing a property. This time around, the purchase came with many bumps in the road that proved challenging for other solicitors and estate agents - however Margaret's attention to detail, experience and expertise meant that the issues were spotted and dealt with appropriately. She always had our backs and communication was second to none. We would highly recommend her.

We first contacted MogersDrewett when a friend was diagnosed with a terminal illness. As executors her Will re realised that it may no longer provide for her wishes. Anne-Marie was most understanding, talking to our friend and adding a codicil to the Will. Time was short and it was not long before my husband and I found ourselves as executors. Throughout we were guided by Anne-Marie and her colleagues. So professional, yet so approachable. Email correspondence worked really well with regular despatches from Mogers Drewett.

I recently sold my bungalow in Totton, Hampshire through Mogers Drewett and was dealing with Margaret Goddard. Margaret was absolutely fantastic in all areas. She was incredibly professional, efficient and kept us informed at all times with what was going on. We really could not fault the service that we received from Margaret.
We would also like to thank Alice and the Accounts Team at Mogers Drewett for their help in getting a complicated completion over the line, they really went the extra mile.
What could have been an incredibly stressful time with a chain of 5 was made so much easier by the professionalism by staff at Mogers Drewett and exceptional service provided by Margaret. I would highly recommend anyone using Mogers Drewett, I would never use anyone else. Thank you to all involved.

Mogers Drewett has helped us to prepare wills, provided probate support and has just completed conveyancing on a house sold here in Dorset. In all these areas, that have delivered competent and speedy service. Special mention to Lee-Anne Kirk for her efforts to keep us updated on process and progress. Highly recommended.

Our estate agent and surveyor both recommended Samantha and Lee-Anne who had a very good reputation. We can see why. They did a brilliant job helping us to successfully buy our new home. This followed a previous purchase cycle which was difficult and could not be concluded due to a lack of critical information bring provided by the seller. Samantha advised it would not be wise to pursue that one given the lack of legal details required. It was the right decision. Throughout both conveyancing processes we had an excellent level of communication, transparency, responsiveness, pace, attention to detail, pragmatism and counsel. We would certainly ask Samantha and Lee-Anne to support us again and would highly recommend them.
