I then became a partner in 2001. I specialise in estate planning and wealth protection, focussing on complex Wills, estate administrations and inheritance tax issues. I regularly advise farmers and business owners as well as individuals with property in foreign jurisdictions. I like to think that I offer an innovative approach and I’m really passionate about creating a strong client service culture across the team. I’m lucky enough to live in a lovely picturesque village near Sherborne and away from the office, I enjoy gardening, walking, cycling and exploring the coast in my sea kayak.

A lot off my mind
For many months now our children have been telling us to get this POA sorted. We have now done it and all that I ca say is that the process was straight forward, done fairly quickly for a fee that was acceptable.

Professional, efficient & welcoming company.
Mogers Drewett LLP have recently sorted out the estate of a late relative. I was initially alarmed at the hourly rate, but the company completed everything with total professionalism in a year… and it was a complicated will! They allowed me to assist in various aspects of sorting the estate, as they were based quite a distance away. This reduced the potential final cost. Communication was kept brief and clear with only necessary emails being sent. Responses were always very prompt. When visiting their offices in Dorset (which I only needed to do once), it was a very welcoming experience. All members of the team that were involved were professional with the right level of friendliness. I would not hesitate to recommend this company and have been reassured to have their total support throughout what could have been a much longer and stressful experience for me.
Special thanks to Rory McFarlane and his whole team. Your hard work and manner have been fully appreciated by me and the many other beneficiaries of this particular estate!
