I advise on the creation, administration and winding up of trusts, both from the tax-planning angle but also the use of trusts for succession planning and protection of assets. I also advise on Wills and estate planning, and powers of attorney and regularly deal with agricultural estates, in terms of drafting tax-efficient wills and succession planning for our farming clients. What I love most about my job is being the trusted adviser across the different generations of a family. It is the continuity of involvement that gives me real satisfaction. I live near Sherborne with my family and love hill walking. You can also find me on a sports field, cheering on my footie mad sons!

Happy Client!
Mogers Drewett have dealt with my Family's legal affairs over many years, so they were the natural choice for dealing with my late Mother's Estate. I don't live locally but that was no obstacle to the company. I found their service was friendly, efficient with approachable staff and reasonably priced. I would recommend the company to others.
