Excellent friendly, professional service

We used Gard & Co, James Bedford (Jim) for a personal injury claim after an RTA. Jim was professional throughout the three-year process and always fought in our best interests. the legal process is a mind field but we were informed throughout. My Will and POA

Making a will was necessary for me because I have a large family and I was worried that it would be very complicated to compose.
However my fears were unfounded as Gard & Co. have given me an excellent service where everything was dealt with quickly and efficiently in a friendly and pleasant way.
A special mention of Llinos Lewis who saw me on several occasions and was especially helpful in advising me how to proceed.

I can't speak more highly of the service we received from Gard during the sale of our flat in Plymouth and subsequent move. Jodie and Michelle were both extremely responsive and professional at all times, something that was all the more apparent given the borderline obstructive behaviour of other firms of solicitors elsewhere in our chain. This is the second time our family has used Gard & Co Solicitors and James (Jim) Bedford for personal injury purposes. I can't thank Jim enough. The process was personal and professionally managed throughout the three-year process. We would not have had this service using an insurance solicitor. I am glad we were recommended Jim from Gard & Co. and resisted the pressure from the insurance company that we should be using them. Contact was easy, and the whole team was friendly and helpful. Michelle Pepper did our conveyancing for our house purchase that turned out to be a lot more complex than we had realised. She was very attentive, patient with all my questions and anxieties over a protracted period (through no fault of Gard and Co) and professional, always explaining the process in a way that I could understand. She made a very difficult and stressful process a lot less stressful than it could have been!
