Conveyancing of our property

Anthony Longville and his team acted promptly and efficiently at all stages in the transaction, communicating clearly to purchasers' solicitor what was required. Liz, the locum employed when Anthony was away, carried the baton and progressed things with (what appeared to us) maximum speed.

My Will and POA

Making a will was necessary for me because I have a large family and I was worried that it would be very complicated to compose.
However my fears were unfounded as Gard & Co. have given me an excellent service where everything was dealt with quickly and efficiently in a friendly and pleasant way.
A special mention of Llinos Lewis who saw me on several occasions and was especially helpful in advising me how to proceed.
My experience at Gard & Co was very positive and I would certainly use their services again.

fast efficient conveyancing.

After selling our house, I began searching for local solicitors to obtain a quote. Gard & Co called me straight away and was immediately professional, providing an instant quote. We chose Karen as our conveyancer, and I cannot recommend her highly enough. She has been incredibly efficient in everything she has done, promptly responding whenever we had questions. Despite living a couple of hours away, the distance was never an issue, as everything was managed seamlessly via email and post. I would not hesitate to use their services again for any legal matters in the future. A huge thank you to Karen and the team for doing such a fantastic job! I managed to complete the process in around 2 months, whereas the average is currently 3 to 4 months. I am thrilled!
Fantastic work!!!

I recently used Anthony Longville at Gard and Co and he was fantastic. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and they were thorough, making sure every detail was covered and kept me informed every step of the way plus answering all of my many questions. I’d definitely recommend them to anyone looking to buy a property. They made the whole process way smoother than I expected.

We used Gard & Co for the recent sale of our house and subsequent move to a new home . This is the 2nd time that we have used this company . We cannot recommend them highly enough for their professionalism and for keeping us informed with regular updates when appropriate . We would especially like to thank Anthony and Catherine for their continual communication and support during the whole process .

Glenn Sambells has recently assisted me with my late fathers estate and I can honestly say Glenn's approach in dealing with matters was both professional as well as sympathetic helping to make this difficult time more manageable. I would not hesitate in recommending Glenn to all of my friends and family.
