Probate required transfer of unused portion of IHT allowance from previously deceased spouse, thus more complex and not easy to undertake personally online.
Advised of long delays at Probate Registry (up to 16 weeks), but as all documentation was correctly submitted by solicitor, progressed successfully without any query in 11 weeks

My partner and I are very happy with the service provided from Gard&co solicitors from the very moment we made contact with them. The company business was very quick to answer our enquires and help guide us forward to our next steps of becoming first time home owners.
