Great Service!
Jim was extremely knowledgeable, understanding and empathetic throughout the five and a half years he worked on my personal injury claim. Jim was meticulous in his approach and was always available if I needed to talk to him. My claim ended up going to court. However, with Jim and an amazing barrister (also chosen by Jim) I won the day and the truth prevailed. I would highly recommend Jim to anybody looking for a great personal injury lawyer!

Exceptional Settlement and Service
Excellent service & settlement was higher than expected. I had very few questions due to clear advice. Hassle free with clear advice. Good settlement. Turnaround on matter was not your fault. Nothing reasonable to improve. Not including fees on my items damaged in the accident.

Exceeded Expectations: Clear, Helpful, and Professional
James was very clear, kept me updated & made things easy for me. Exceeded my expectations. Walked me through the process at every step, made everything easy to understand for a lay person. Great communication. Nothing I can think of to improve. Would recommend, friendly, professional, clear, helpful, understanding. Absolutely NOT condescending/confusing/pompous. The delay in turnaround was due to MCE taking their time and no fault of Gard & Co.

Good experience over several years
Gard & Co have dealt with two personal injury claims (twice knocked off of my bicycle!), my wills and three conveyances over the years. They always provide me with an excellent service which is professional yet friendly. I would highly recommended them for these services.

Informed Care
I was kept informed throughout it was easy to contact the lawyer. Everything was done as requested and my concerns were noted and acted upon. I was listened to. The lawyer got me to repeat back what I had been told at each stage so it was clear I had understood the advice at each stage. Expectations exceeded, due to client care, excellent way my case was handled legally an excellent outcome was obtained. No improvement could have been madere my case. Excellent personal injury legal knowledge accompanied by outstanding client care including phone call discussions as required.

Compassionate Guidance, Clear Advice
The Courtesy and thoroughness of the service. The sympathy and empathy shown to myself and my wife. Because of the nature of follow up questions asked and requested information sought. Mr Bedford gave clear advice and explained my options along with Mr Moore during mile stone periods as the case progressed. I was given clear advice before the case was well established. The win firstly because I was never in doubt that I was right to bring this case and with the help of Mr Bedford Gard & Co and Mr Moore I achieved this.
