I can’t recommend Gard & Co enough. Karen and Charlotte have been amazing and super efficient. The communication speed is incredible and Karen keeps you up to date throughout the process. We now have the keys to our new home after only 6 weeks 😃 My dad has used Karen to sell and now buy again, and I have recommended Karen to my daughter also for her purchase. fast efficient conveyancing.
After selling our house, I began searching for local solicitors to obtain a quote. Gard & Co called me straight away and was immediately professional, providing an instant quote. We chose Karen as our conveyancer, and I cannot recommend her highly enough. She has been incredibly efficient in everything she has done, promptly responding whenever we had questions. Despite living a couple of hours away, the distance was never an issue, as everything was managed seamlessly via email and post. I would not hesitate to use their services again for any legal matters in the future. A huge thank you to Karen and the team for doing such a fantastic job! I managed to complete the process in around 2 months, whereas the average is currently 3 to 4 months. I am thrilled!

Have always been helpful and on the ball!
After some stalled attempts to purchase a house Gard & Co have proven to be professional and helpful every step of the way. Despite having to start over with our mortgage and numerous other issues that came up, Karen McCormick and Charlotte Bonney at Gard & Co had our back and represented us very well.

Highly Recommend
My solicitor was efficient, friendly and very knowledgeable. My instructions were carried out quickly and well done. Advice was exceptional - I am a first time buyer so everything was new but explained in detail and Karen advised me so well. Bought my house it was an easy and stress-free experience. I was recommended to Gard & Co by a friend who said they sorted a work dispute out. I wasn't disappointed so would recommend myself.

Clear Communication, Exceptional Assistance

Grateful for Clarity and Care
You were very clear on all matters concerning me buying a bungalow. I would recommend you. As a ninety plus year old I could follow all conversations on all aspects of buying a bungalow. I have been very pleased with all your work carried out, Karen with all her knowledge had gone through any problems that appeared and was all sorted out, everything was explained to me (95 year old) and I could follow all she was saying.
