We couldn't have wished for a better local solicitor to handle our house move. We had Jodie deal with everything from start to finish. The whole situation was handled professionally and efficiently. All questions/issues/queries etc were answered promptly. If the answer was not forthcoming, Jodie kept us updated throughout and chased when needed. We highly recommend Gard & Co and would certainly use them again in the future.

Excellent service from Jodie Stafford
We’ve recently bought our new home and used Jodie Stafford after a friends recommendation.
I have to say, our experience with Jodie was second to none. Rapid response times and besides when legally required we didn’t have to ask for anything to be done. Jodie just got on with the job and fed back any and all information as appropriate.
Jodie is was very personable and made the stressful process much easier.
Couldn’t recommend her enough. If you want it done right, look no further!

House sale
