I can't speak more highly of the service we received from Gard during the sale of our flat in Plymouth and subsequent move. Jodie and Michelle were both extremely responsive and professional at all times, something that was all the more apparent given the borderline obstructive behaviour of other firms of solicitors elsewhere in our chain. I'd definitely recommend Gard and Co.

Excellent service
My partner Jamie and I cannot speak highly enough of Jodie and Michelle, who have made our experience of buying our first home a lot less stressful. Email communications were very efficient, answering all of our questions and enquires. They chased enquires with other firms and gave us regular updates throughout the whole process. We would highly recommend using Gard and Co, we will definitely be using this firm again in the future. Thank you Jodie and Michelle!

Excellent service from Jodie Stafford
We’ve recently bought our new home and used Jodie Stafford after a friends recommendation.
I have to say, our experience with Jodie was second to none. Rapid response times and besides when legally required we didn’t have to ask for anything to be done. Jodie just got on with the job and fed back any and all information as appropriate.
Jodie is was very personable and made the stressful process much easier.
