MADE LIFE EASY RE WILL
Needed to make a new will as changes need . Told about Will Aid that helped towards the costs. This suited us as contribution to charities was already in previous will. Staff made us feel at ease and made sensible suggestions to the making of the will.

Preparation of joint Will
We needed to review our wills and were not confident with our previous Solicitors.
We called Buchanan's at Staveley - what a refreshing change.
From the initial telephone call ,we were dealt with politely ,professionally and efficiently.
We saw Alex Gibbons who explained all options to us. After a couple of weeks we returned to discuss our decisions.
We were offered advice ,no pressures and we felt confident that we had chosen what was right for us.
From start to finish the service was brilliant ,no stress and an absolute pleasure to deal with Mr Gibbons.
We absolutely recommend Buchanan solicitors, who will, in the future, be our go to Solicitors.

My experience
Selling a house, my first time I’ve sold a property, wasn’t sure what this entailed from a legal prospective. Although lived a long distance away, communications was good, and when I was in area it was easy for me to call in for paperwork etc.

A wonderful friendly and informal approach that immediately relaxes clients, from receptionist to solicitor. Utterly professional as to subject matter, and yet all done in an easy and understandable explanation mode that takes the tension out of legal matters.
