Preparation of joint Will
We needed to review our wills and were not confident with our previous Solicitors.
We called Buchanan's at Staveley - what a refreshing change.
From the initial telephone call ,we were dealt with politely ,professionally and efficiently.
We saw Alex Gibbons who explained all options to us. After a couple of weeks we returned to discuss our decisions.
We were offered advice ,no pressures and we felt confident that we had chosen what was right for us.
From start to finish the service was brilliant ,no stress and an absolute pleasure to deal with Mr Gibbons.
We absolutely recommend Buchanan solicitors, who will, in the future, be our go to Solicitors.

Good, Professional Service

Updating Wills
Updated our Wills as part of the free wills month linked to guide dogs for the blind. We were able to arrange an appointment to suit us, and were seen promptly. Alex reviewed our current will and noticed an error due to a handicap sibling and suggested a suitable update of setting up a trust to avoid the state just taking any of the inheritance funds. The process was quick and easy and Alex was a pleasure to deal with.
