Our wills were in dire need of an update and we chose to make use of the 'free will' scheme to support charity. The booking process was simple. At appointment, Zena took time to explain the legal intricacies and implications of our choices. We both felt that she was professional and empathetic to our needs. At signing, Zena ran through our wills to ensure they met our needs and tweaked the provision where necessary. During our interactions she was friendly and put us at ease.

Great Will Service
Just completed a joint will with my other half. Explanations were clear and concise. Gave us plenty of time to decide if what we were doing was correct for us.
Communication was brilliant and service fantastic. Would return back with any legal requirement from now on. Thanks Zena and team.

Efficient, speedy, friendly
The revision of my will was carried out by Zena efficiently, speedily & in a friendly manner. I think the cost was quite reasonable. We'd use Buchanan's several times before. The only downside was having to carry out the ID check online at home - photographing my driving licence, bank statement and my face probably took me longer than it would a younger person & nearly sent me round the bend! However, the outcome was good. The Receptionist, Maisie I think, was also very capable, cheerful & helpful, just the sort of person you need on the front desk.

Comprehensive, efficient, and personal service
We attended for estate planning advice and will planning. The process was very smooth and efficient, but most importantly it felt personal and friendly throughout. Zena took the time to answer my many questions and we were very satisfied with the experience.

very professional
Zena who sorted mums will for her was very professional kind and helpful. She was really thorough and did it all in a way mum who is 94 understood.
