Seamless service!

Being a first time buyer I found it very daunting and had no idea what to expect. BWK and Faith Sutton in particular made it completely stress free! She took the time to explain every stage and was always available to answer the many questions I had and with a rapid response. I really felt taken care of, and the process went through very quickly and got me in my new home quicker!
I found the entire process stress free, I couldn’t be happier and would highly recommend them to anyone, I certainly wouldn’t use anyone else.

I used Eleanor to assist in the sale of my property after my previous solicitors firm closed down. Eleanor was professional throughout the process and listened to my needs and requirements. Difficult sale

I had to sell my mum's property as she went into a care home. She had a lease property and the ground rent exceeded a threshold which completed and prolonged matters. That with a buyer's solicitor who seemed to be picky and untrusting made the whole process extremely stressful. BWK were excellent, professional, very thorough and responded to all matters very quickly. This is the 2nd time I have used them and would not hesitate to use them again should the need arise.

Eleanor King, our solicitor has been nothing short of brilliance personified for us. She was diligent, professional, and was very patient with us throughout the entire process. The journey from contacting her, till she gave us the good news of completion was exceptionally smooth. We never encountered any issues or delays, and Eleanor managed the entire process efficiently and silently in the background. The process of buying our first house, did not take a single day longer than it should. I had heard some horror stories from some of my work colleagues regarding their experiences. However, the smoothness of all transactions and tasks managed by Eleanor is testament to the fact that both Eleanor (as an individual) and BWK Solicitors (as an organisation) are extremely professional in what they do. Redemption of Help to Buy Loan

Abigail was fantastic and understanding during this whole process. Help to Buy did not make this an easy process but Abigail was there always to help and guide us throughout. Always available on the phone and prompt replying to any email kept us up to date. Even with our tight deadline, the redemption was completed on time. We are extremely pleased that we chose to use BWK Solicitors and that Abigail was working on our case. Would definitely choose again in the future.
