Abi, recently handled the sale of a property for is that was further complicated due to the fact that a share of the property was subject to probate. I have to say the service and the communication from Abi was amazing. From final grant of probate to completion on the sale was incredibly quick due to her focus on us as clients and to the sale itself. I would definitely recommend her

Excellent service, quite a difficult sale. Changing from freehold to leasehold for the flat in Beaconsfield.
The mortgage lender was not helpful and without Lorraine and Joanna's help, the sale would not have proceeded.

With moving anytime being a stressful process, I cannot thank and recommend BWK and specifically Faith Sutton for making my first sale and purchase of a new property in 25 years as smooth and stress free as I could have wished for.
Faith was always very professional while being very approachable and friendly, I never felt I could not give her a call to discuss anything. Faith even arranged for a couple of insurance policies that I needed that I thought I would have to deal with myself.

Being a first time buyer I found it very daunting and had no idea what to expect. BWK and Faith Sutton in particular made it completely stress free! She took the time to explain every stage and was always available to answer the many questions I had and with a rapid response. I really felt taken care of, and the process went through very quickly and got me in my new home quicker!
I found the entire process stress free, I couldn’t be happier and would highly recommend them to anyone, I certainly wouldn’t use anyone else.

I had to sell my late mother's leasehold sheltered accommodation. My usual solicitors were no longer trading and I had to find another solicitor to conduct the conveyancing. How fortunate I was in finding Abigail Freeman at BWK Solicitors. She is so professional, knowledgeable and extremely efficient.
