Advice for Executor
Lucy offered me fantastic support in dealing with my late father's will and outlining my duties as an executor.
Before meeting with Lucy, I had made good headway with my duties of executorship. Regardless of this, I felt I was in need of legal advice to give myself confidence in everything that I had done to date was correct.
Lucy quickly put any doubts I had at ease and on leaving our meeting, I was fully content with the process remaining and I had a clear understanding of what was remaining for me to do.
The advice I received was clear, supportive and it was delivered with a warm approach.

Kind & Compassionate
I contacted Lucy as my Nan needed to make a new will. Unfortunately she doesn’t know how long she has left due to be terminally ill. Within less than a week, Lucy visited my Nan at home, explained the process to her and had the will drafted and back a day later.
She answered all questions I had on my Nans behalf & made the amendments quickly.
The whole process took under 2 weeks, with Lucy visiting my Nan again to sign her will.
Lucy was compassionate and didn’t try to make light of a horrible situation. She read the room and knew if conversation was wanted by my Nan or not. Lucy also made it easy to understand.
In my Nans words ‘she was lovely, wasn’t she, very helpful and knew what she was talking about’

Highly Recommend
I had been struggling to find a local solicitor to arrange power of attorney for my father until a friend passed on Lucy's details. Renewing our Wills
We dealt with Lucy who was extremely helpful and clarified all aspects of the wills with us in detail. We were very pleased with the final results especially the revelation that we could use flexible wish lists for specific requests that might vary over time.

Great service
My wife and I wanted new wills and the BWK team made the whole process easy and quick for us, while covering all the essentials and not introducing unnecessary complications. I would thoroughly recommend them. One tip - remember that VAT is not included in their quotes.

Very efficient
We recently engaged BWK to re-do our wills. We have used many solicitors over the years for various business or personal matters, some OK, some less so, but BWK are really first class.
