Redemption of Help to Buy Loan
Abigail was fantastic and understanding during this whole process. Help to Buy did not make this an easy process but Abigail was there always to help and guide us throughout. Always available on the phone and prompt replying to any email kept us up to date. Even with our tight deadline, the redemption was completed on time. Excellent service
Abi was great throughout the whole process. Kept me informed frequently. The buyers and their solicitor were very challenging to deal with, however Abi kept it all together and worked hard to complete the sale. No hesitation in recommending her.

Purchase of flat
I dealt with Abi on behalf of my father who hadn't bought a property for 58 years. Abi was so easy to deal with you and always replied to my emails and calls (which were numerous !) Abi worked to our timeline to get the purchase through quickly.
Abi is also dealing with the sale of my father's house.
