Professional and efficient
Eleanor King, our solicitor has been nothing short of brilliance personified for us. She was diligent, professional, and was very patient with us throughout the entire process. The journey from contacting her, till she gave us the good news of completion was exceptionally smooth. We never encountered any issues or delays, and Eleanor managed the entire process efficiently and silently in the background. The process of buying our first house, did not take a single day longer than it should. I had heard some horror stories from some of my work colleagues regarding their experiences. However, the smoothness of all transactions and tasks managed by Eleanor is testament to the fact that both Eleanor (as an individual) and BWK Solicitors (as an organisation) are extremely professional in what they do. 1st Time house purchase
Eleanor was very professional and helped me as a 1/4 beneficiary to buy my siblings out and to own my home.

We were so lucky to have Eleanor king as our solicitor when purchasing our first home. She was so incredibly helpful and made our first home purchase go so smoothly and quickly. From the first moment we spoke to her, she was so lovely and friendly and we knew she was going to look after us. We had a extremely detailed quote with absolutely no hidden costs, which really helped us to budget and knew exactly how much it'd be. You hear horror stories of some solicitors and home buying journeys so we we wanted to find a solicitor who we could trust and make it as simple as possible and that's exactly the service we had with Eleanor. She was always there to answer any questions, we genuinely can't thank her enough!

Friendly, efficient house purchase

House sale conveyancy
Excellent service from Eleanor (not for the first time) acting for us on sale of elderly mother-in-law's home, dealing with powers of attorney and an unregistered old property. She breezed through everything and made our lives easy. Totally recommended.

Excellent advice and support provided by Eleanor King from BWK
Eleanor provided the legal support for the purchase of my daughter's flat in London. As must always be the case, the process had a number of "bumps in the road" which Eleanor navigated really well and managed the vendor's slightly unresponsive legal team effectively.
In general Eleanor has comprehensive knowledge and experience, is easily contactable and responsive and provided superb guidance for my daughter (making her first ever purchase), with me in the background. She also has a strong back up team in the office to support her.
We will definitely be using Eleanor's services in future and would recommend her to anyone.

Very straightforward and efficient. The app was helpful to provide all the initial information. Subsequent correspondence was mainly by email - all clearly communicated and dealt with. Stress-fee from a sellers perspective and would recommend/use again.
