Being a first time buyer I found it very daunting and had no idea what to expect. BWK and Faith Sutton in particular made it completely stress free! She took the time to explain every stage and was always available to answer the many questions I had and with a rapid response. I really felt taken care of, and the process went through very quickly and got me in my new home quicker!
I found the entire process stress free, I couldn’t be happier and would highly recommend them to anyone, I certainly wouldn’t use anyone else.

Amazing solicitor
I chose BWK to sell my flat, and purchase our new house. The experience from start to finish, was professional and drama free. The communication from Faith was excellent, and I was never made to feel like an inconvenience, no matter what question I asked. I was also kept in the loop regarding communications from third parties, and so I was always aware of what was going on in real time. Choosing BWK was the best decision I could have made. I would recommend them fully, and If I could give more than 5 stars I would.

Exceptional!!
I would not hesitate to contact Faith again in the future, she has been fantastic throughout my conveyancing process. I appreciated the full transparency and consistent professionalism for what was a lengthy and somewhat painful process (due to chain issues) however, Faith kept me updated continuously and sets the bar high for all.
