Superb advice and litigation options under extremely difficult circumstances on a disputed account.
Very proactive at short notice in particular to find a replacement Barrister and Court at short notice.
The opposite solicitor practice and clients were unprofessional in waiting until the last moment
to serve a Winding Up Application leaving 2 days to act. The dispute as the Judge stated should not be in his Court, castigated their deliberate method of blackmail on a very solvent company.

Emily and Michelle came to the rescue at a time when I really needed help (and urgently). During an extremely stressful and upsetting few months things took a turn for the worse and I got in touch with the only people I could think of - Michelle and Emily. They were both incredibly supportive, efficient and extremely professional. I felt my concerns were heard, they were empathetic and as a result, my corner was fought. No one wants to experience issues with their employer or have to raise formal grievances, but if you are having a tough time, these are the best solicitors to go to for that support. They made the process effortless, gave me constant reassurance and guidance. As a result, I was able to regain my confidence and move on and I am forever grateful for their support. Thank you!

Shanthi acted for my family, in dealing with the estate of my late father. We found Shanthi and her staff very friendly, helpful and professional. They were very efficient and took far less time than we expected, to finalise everything, even though the Covid-19 situation required them to do some of the work from home. We found their charges very reasonable too.
We have no hestation in recommending Rosemary Smith Solicitors and we will certainly use their services again should the need arise.
