Emily was anazing, I was not in a good place and suffering with extreme burnout. I am very pleased to have engaged Paralegal Ms. Gemma Mace to handle the sale of my leasehold property. The quote and set-up through to the final accounts were transparent and clear. Gemma was always pleasant and professional and throughout the matter I felt that she was keeping up the progress despite difficulties from the other solicitors. The reception staff treated me with consideration and often Gemma was able to step out of her office to update me. I would recommend Ms. Mace without reservation.
