Excellent Service and Professionalism

Excellent and extremely supportive solicitors
Emily and Michelle came to the rescue at a time when I really needed help (and urgently). During an extremely stressful and upsetting few months things took a turn for the worse and I got in touch with the only people I could think of - Michelle and Emily. They were both incredibly supportive, efficient and extremely professional. I felt my concerns were heard, they were empathetic and as a result, my corner was fought. No one wants to experience issues with their employer or have to raise formal grievances, but if you are having a tough time, these are the best solicitors to go to for that support. Support with employment issue
I recently required a solicitor to help with an employment issue. I approached Couchman Hanson Limited and Michelle Scott was quickly assigned to my case. Michelle listened to my description of the case and provided very clear advice on how best to handle it. Throughout my dealings with Michelle, she was always quick to reply to my queries and was always very supportive and friendly. With Michelle's help we were able to complete my case within a couple of weeks and I was very happy with the outcome. This was my first dealing with Couchman Hanson Limited and I would certainly recommend them.

Excellent service - settlement agreement
Michelle was excellent to deal with throughout my redundancy settlement process. She was very clear and explained all my options throughly and as there was a discrimination element to my case she also negotiated extremely well to get the best possible outcome for me whilst keeping my legal fees to a minimum.
