I recently required a solicitor to help with an employment issue. I approached Couchman Hanson Limited and Michelle Scott was quickly assigned to my case. Michelle listened to my description of the case and provided very clear advice on how best to handle it. Throughout my dealings with Michelle, she was always quick to reply to my queries and was always very supportive and friendly. With Michelle's help we were able to complete my case within a couple of weeks and I was very happy with the outcome. Excellent service - settlement agreement
Michelle was excellent to deal with throughout my redundancy settlement process. She was very clear and explained all my options throughly and as there was a discrimination element to my case she also negotiated extremely well to get the best possible outcome for me whilst keeping my legal fees to a minimum. Michelle fully grasped my situation and clearly laid out the possible avenues we could head down to proceed.
Of note is that she gave great advice for options/tactics that accrued to her no benefit, a testament to her genuine desire to help.
As well she made it abundantly clear what sort of costs were involved in rendering her services.
