Buying took a little longer than we hoped as there was not a chain on either end.
The process was stressful at times, although Oliver and Bimpe were always available and helpful.

very friendly and helpful staff. Me and my wife used Proddow Mackay for our first house purchase in Maidenhead. Throughout the process we always had our phone call answered by the legal assistants with updates and the team guided us through with care. Sam was supportive and always on hand to explain any bits we didn't understand and Bimpe was brilliant at getting it through.

I'm hoping I can increase my star rating at end of my customer journey. I am using these solicitors to sell my dad's flat. I am happy to provide what ever is needed but the chap I was dealing with told me verbally face to face something completely different to what he put in writing then implied I was a liar detailing a timeline that wasn't factually correct
I since asked for new case worker and sent two emails to no avail. I am worried and concerned with losing sale after reading these reviews!
Fingers crossed someone gets in touch that's professional and capable . Wish me luck 🙏

I used Proddow Mackay for both sale and Purchase and they were nothing short of excellent. Samantha and her assistant Aniko are always polite and kept me updated all the way, with anything more challenging were happy to arrange an appointment for me to meet them in office and help. Overall they made the process very smooth and I couldn't recommend them enough.

I had no idea what to expect from house sale/purchase conveyancing as had not used a solicitor for same for 27 years! P&M were recommended by my selling agent and though I had at least two assistants per conveyance acting for the main solicitor, they all played an equal part in keeping me updated. Yes, it was a lengthy process as there were five people in the chain and at times I thought they'd forgotten about me but once I followed up with my concerns over this wait, I had an immediate response. Moving house is definitely stressful,expensive and more box ticking from years ago but personally had no issues at all.
