Stressful leasehold sale! Easier Purchase
Had I known how stressful it would be to sell a Leasehold property I would never have bought one! Jen was amazing and despite all the challenges she did all she could to minimise the delays of the managing agent. Wendy was very supportive and offered suitable guidance on our purchase. I learnt to accept that conveyance is not a quick process you just have to trust the team.

moving house
very friendly and helpful staff. I'm not experienced at anything like move home and found having to use computers very difficult. the solicitors were very understanding and helped me through every stage of my buying and selling. they made the whole process very easy. I would recommend them to anyone.

Property Purchase
Me and my wife used Proddow Mackay for our first house purchase in Maidenhead. Throughout the process we always had our phone call answered by the legal assistants with updates and the team guided us through with care. Sam was supportive and always on hand to explain any bits we didn't understand and Bimpe was brilliant at getting it through.

Selling and buying
Selling and buying was very stressful and complicated at times but Jenni, Sam Bimpe were on hand to support and assist with any questions I had. It takes time which I understood and I had clear and thorough reports, communication and guidance throughout. Thank you ladies! Will be recommending to all my friends.

Great experience
I had a great experience working with Proddow Mackay on the purchase of my flat. They were professional, thorough, and communicated every step clearly, which made the process much smoother. They handled the paperwork efficiently, keeping me informed and reassured throughout. Whenever I called, they answered and I had a quick feedback on any questions I raised.
Bimpe mainly took care of all my documents and Sent communications regularly. Also thank you Sam and William for your email support. I highly recommend for anyone looking for a reliable and dedicated solicitor for property transactions.

Disappointed & Frustrated
Proddow Mackay had my file for nearly 5 months and only 3 weeks before my mortage offer was due to expire, source of funds were being looked into. Bimpe, William and Sam failed to respond to my emails on many occasions. I was constantly having to chase. I requested a phone call from Sam to discuss my concerns but she rather go back and forth via email. Not once have the taken accountability for their mistakes. I went around in circles, William would ask me for a document and within the following weeks Bimpe would ask me to provide the same document. No communication within the team let alone communication with myself. This process has caused a great deal of stress, when I let Sam know this, there was no empathy. Proddow Mackay.law was referred to me by mortage advisor and this a big mistake.

Sale of 12 Simmonds close
Great from start to finish, no problems at all, super service and speedy when needed and slowed on instruction from myself. Sam Brett was amazing throughout.

Overall a good experience
Although we felt the need to email or phone on several occasions in order to get up-dates on the process, our sale was handled professionally overall. E-mails were, however, responded to promptly and calls were always picked up or returned the same day. Overall a not unpleasant experience. We will use them again.
