Through what should've been a very straightforward conveyancing, Jenni Richards faced every hurdle with professionalism and patience. She was incredibly proactive and understanding when things were complicated or difficult to understand and very good at explaining things in layman's terms too which was much appreciated. Selling and buying
Selling and buying was very stressful and complicated at times but Jenni, Sam Bimpe were on hand to support and assist with any questions I had. The process was generally smooth, although there were a few requests from more junior staff that either duplicated information, or when sent was not clear that it had been received
