Very happy
We had a very long probate process and short executor standoff but Jenni and team had been fabulous and patient in seeing us through to completion.

Stressful leasehold sale! Easier Purchase
Had I known how stressful it would be to sell a Leasehold property I would never have bought one! Jen was amazing and despite all the challenges she did all she could to minimise the delays of the managing agent. Wendy was very supportive and offered suitable guidance on our purchase. I learnt to accept that conveyance is not a quick process you just have to trust the team.

A wonderful, professional team!
The team dealt with my sale and purchase and overall did an amazing job! I did have to chase a few times for updates which is the only reason I haven’t given five stars, but when things became complex, the team sorted things out and got my cases to completion. Above and Beyone
Through what should've been a very straightforward conveyancing, Jenni Richards faced every hurdle with professionalism and patience.
