Stressful leasehold sale! Easier Purchase
Had I known how stressful it would be to sell a Leasehold property I would never have bought one! Jen was amazing and despite all the challenges she did all she could to minimise the delays of the managing agent. Wendy was very supportive and offered suitable guidance on our purchase. I learnt to accept that conveyance is not a quick process you just have to trust the team.

Selling our house and buying our flat
Having only sold a house 50 years ago,
I felt this experience was going to be very stressful, it has been for me but Wendy has been brilliant and been very helpful and reassuring all through the process

A wonderful, professional team!
The team dealt with my sale and purchase and overall did an amazing job! I did have to chase a few times for updates which is the only reason I haven’t given five stars, but when things became complex, the team sorted things out and got my cases to completion. For my sale: Jenny - thanks so much for your expertise, perseverance, communication and professionalism to get a complex leasehold sale to completion. A fantastic job! For my purchase: Wendy - thanks for all your dedication, perseverance and professionalism dealing with multiple challenges down the chain to get my purchase to completion. moving house
very friendly and helpful staff. I'm not experienced at anything like move home and found having to use computers very difficult. the solicitors were very understanding and helped me through every stage of my buying and selling. they made the whole process very easy. I would recommend them to anyone.

Very confused and slow
Wendy was great, but the process was very disjointed, and I was given mixed and sometimes inaccurate information.
I felt that there were just to many people involved

Excellent service
Went above and beyond. Nothing was to much trouble. Was easy to get hold of if we wanted an answer. Explained things we didn’t understand. Would recommend as they gave a very high standard.
