We are extremely satisfied with the friendly and efficient service we received. Nicola was really pleasant to deal with and responded to every enquiry promptly. We felt very comfortable with her friendly, efficient approach. We will not hesitate to use this company again and we have already asked them to deal with a probate matter. Again, the response has been prompt, friendly and very informative.

Very inadequate service, characterised by extensive delays and a clear lack of attention being paid to our case. The end result was that we ended up behind where we started with the matter having accrued a significant cost with Battens. All very disappointing and would not recommend them to anyone.

We take all complaints seriously and have a rigorous complaints procedure to resolve any issues that our clients may have. For completeness, we note that we have of course already addressed your complaint under our complaints procedure. It was also considered by the Legal Ombudsman who took no action. We regret of course that you remain dissatisfied with the outcome of those procedures.

An excellent experience from start to finish which was a total period of nine months selling my house with a three month pause. Both Jayne and Pippa were available to answer questions and their response times to all enquiries was incredibly fast. It made the whole process really easy and hassle free from my side. We will be buying a new home in a few months and have no hesitation in recommending Battens.

This matter involved dealing with a wayleave for a Utility company - something with which I have no experience. I received sound advice and felt confident in dealing with the company as a result. I always felt that Rupert Edwards, who handled my case, represented my interests in a most professional and supportive manner and I was completely satisfied with the outcome.

Brian handled a share sale on my behalf and he was extremely efficient and professional. Nothing is too much trouble and he was also very patient with me asking every little question. Communication was great as Brian always responsed to all emails and calls in a timely manner, even when its out of office hours. Highly recommended.
