Very efficient
My wife was diagnosed with cancer this year, when it came to End of Life care . Leanne and the team were very supportive and helped us through an extremely difficult time, with regards to our Wills and other legal matters. After my sadly passed away your team helped me through the remaining legal matters, probate, house transfer, HMRC and trust registration, this was all carried in a very efficient manner but with sympathetic approach and for this I will be forever grateful. Many Thanks to Leanne and your team at Batten's Yeovil.

Can't recommend them enough!
We recently instructed Emma Taylor and her assistant Emily Crossman to handle the conveyancing of our first time house purchase. We could not fault them or their service in any way. Their approach was both professional and friendly, they worked with speed and efficiency, keeping us updated regularly and quickly addressed any queries and issues. A process which we thought would be extremely stressful was handled with ease and experience. Both Emma and Emily have been absolute stars, helping us to complete in record time and we couldn't recommend them highly enough.

I would not recommend this solicitor. My true experience has been that unfortunately my grandmother in her vulnerable state has still not received her money after 2.5 years that she should have inherited from her ex partner. Our families emails are ignored, our calls missed, their promises and their self imposed deadlines broken and we would question the duplicate charges that have been put through charging us for when they send us duplicate documents so I would query if we are not being charged twice for a number of things. My nan has not had her money still. Every email we send them asking them when they are going to do what they have agreed costs us an enormous amount and is never actioned satisfactorily. For the amount of money we have been charged as a family, i don’t consider it value for money. After this matter has been resolved, we will be going with a different solicitor. I ask that they please do better in the future.
